This tool allows for searching for state tax liens and related documents that have been submitted by the Georgia Department of Revenue for subsequent acceptance and filing by a clerk of superior court. This is the "searchable electronic filing submission docket" as provided for by Georgia Code § 15-6-97.3 and is effective January 1, 2018. At such time that any state tax lien or related document has been accepted and filed by the clerk and the index data for the lien is transmitted to the Clerks Authority the search for such a lien or document will no longer be available to be searched using this search tool. At that time the document would be available for search using the Lien Index search elsewhere on this website.
